My account was closed unexpectedly due to an overdraft I wasn’t aware of which was 17$ and now since I didn’t receive any correspondence to advise me i.e Phone call, Text, email…. To handle the over draft, my paycheck was sent to an account that was closed and I can’t pay my bills I’ve been with this bank for a little bit now so I feel as though I could’ve been owed a reminder before just closing my account over 17 bucks. I called in to set up a CD. I have been doing busy with them for over 35 years and I couldn't answer the questions - when did i open the account and what location did I open the account; because I couldn't answer those questions my account couldn't be verified. I was asked and told them my name, date of birth, email address, last transaction, the transaction before that. Then I told them a lot more information and that still was not good enough.

Worst credit union/bank I have ever tried to do business with. Customer service is extremely poor with long wait times and wrong information provided by the call center. I started with an auto loan initiated by ***** ****** *****in ******* *******. I tried to open a saving account and transfer funds with no positive results. This bank is the worst, I needed $1 had money in my savings account. And I was charged a overdraft fee. I am a veteran, they do not help veterans this bank is not telling the truth. I hate when people use veterans to get money, for there business and don't help the veteran. My check has been coming to this bank for 20 years. They have closed my account, had to open another one. This bank just take money. This bank is a scam. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER BANK.
I never leave reviews about unfavorable experiences. Robins Financial Credit Union customer service at the branch level seems to be at an all time low. I can walk into a branch and walk out with customers personal information including how much money they are receiving or have in their accounts. The information is alway provided by the employees. It never failed: each time I called the person on the phone was rude. They tell you to read the guide but the guide itself is not straightforward. Their tone of voice and demeanor are offensive, curt and dismissive! I would never bank with them again.
