This so-called "doctor" chose to close up shop, with NO PRIOR WARNING, and lock the doors of his Congress Parkway office, leaving all records presumably left inside (?)!! Rumor has it he moved to another part of Tennessee, but if you are reading this with thoughts of going to him, DON'T!! He did do knee surgery on me, and I was very happy with the results, but he lost any respect I had when he flew the coop..DISPICABLE!!!
