My experience trading my vehicle and purchasing a new one was 10/10. This was honestly the easiest and most stress free experience I’ve had when dealing with a car dealership. They did not hassle me, they were respectful, and professional from start to finish. They made us feel welcome and the entire deal only took maybe 3-4 hours compared to spending all day somewhere. Kevin Plummer took care of us and was a pleasure to work with! Top notch customer service.
If I could offer 10 stars I would! They made my buying experience super easy and kept me updated through the entire process! Aladdin was amazing and very professional and fought for me to get my brand new car! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!!
On 6.5.2026 at 7am I had my 2016 Chevrolet 2500 silve truck drop off at five star I was told they would not be able to look at it until 6.8.2026 service consultant Shawmon Johnson. There was lack of communication with dealership and dealership not communicating with my insurance for payment had to pay out of pocket.Had called several times left voicemail for manager and service manager and no feedback.
