No " management ". Toilet, Bathroom sink & Bathtub faucet haven't worked for THREE YEARS. In A Building Visitors continually Stalk & Harass RENT PAYING TENANTS . District " manager" will do NOTHING about it..even WITH POLICE REPORTS. IT IS A ZOO.
There is a group of kids, and adults that slash tires and try to break into people's Apartment. it's almost impossible to live here.
