Reached out twice for help regarding a reaction to medication I had been prescribed by a doctor at the clinic and received no response. Furthermore I am 5 months pregnant, which I advised when asking for urgent help. Very poor follow up patient care.

Overcharge and have hidden fees and cost. Communication from staff is terrible. Get seen for 10 min and charged $300.
I called the clinic to make sure that they saw children and explained my son had a raised mole on his face that he wanted to get removed, we got a referal from our GP. the receptionist said yes but not at the first apt.
