Robin Woolard Jewlers IS a jewel! Of the many jewelry establishments that my wife and I have made purchases from, this one is in a league of it's own. Galina recently designed such an original and beautiful 18k gold pendant with diamonds ( that have my wife's initials in the center) that it made my wife gasp! It literally took her breath away. I would like to share my extraordinary experience with Robin Woolard Jewelry. I had purchased 3 bracelets some time ago and unfortunately 2 of them broke. I contacted Galina Kouliaeva, my salesperson, and returned them to the shop. To my great surprise just a few days later, I received 3 beautiful new bracelets in the mail. WOW I cannot recommend Robin Woolard and his team enough. My girlfriend tried on a beautiful garnet ring 10 years ago in his store at the Fairmount Hotel in SF and I contacted him about making it with a ruby. He hand designed a beautiful beautiful ring. He offered me different stones and then built the ring around the ruby we chose. First class design and professionalism. Could not recommend enough for handmade unique over the top jewelry.

Gala did such an amazing job helping me identify and purchase gorgeous gold necklace. She is warm, knowledgeable and deeply understands her craft. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I definitely plan to be back!

Staff extremely rude. When asked to speak to manager regarding issue at hand, staff hung up on me. Would not recommend purchasing from this store as they are not true to their word regarding returns and offer no customer service support . Very cold.
