SHE HURTS LITTLE KIDS AND BURNS THEIR FACES.I have to totally 100% agree with the people who posted negative comments about Robin Bingham. Thank you to both of you for taking time out of your busy schedules to try and help me and my daughter and finding her the help she needs! You didnt have to do the things you did, we were not your clients and were not going to be, yet you took the time to listen and try to help where you can. Your good service will NOT be forgotten! This office showed the kind of excellent customer service that I had not seen in quite sometime, they do give me hope for good customer service in the future!
Not happy with questionable collection practices. Dr. Bingham has patient pay their portion of costs up front, before insurance claim is even filed. Patient must leave a credit card on file to cover any unforeseen costs that arise after insurance has paid the claim.Not happy with office practices. Dr. Bingham sends office staff home early if they are finished seeing patients for the day. I was told office hours were M-TH 8:30-5:00. I will never return to this dentist again. I was new to the area, and had to bring my children for checkups per the school paperwork. She was rude to me when I asked why she had to pull my youngest childs tooth- made me feel like I was a bad mother for asking. I later discovered it didnt NEED to be pulled-the incoming teeth would have pushed it out. My other 2 children were sore after just teeth cleanings!! Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience in dealing with a dentist office. Dr. Binghams office is the most unprofessional dentist office whose services I have ever employed. Dr. Bingham was rude both to her staff and to me, her patient. She berated staff in front of me while performing work on my teeth. The work she did was sub-standard at best, and will require me to seek corrective work from a more qualified dentist as the fillings she put in left my bite out of alignment and one of my teeth in severe pain fo... read more
Do Not use this dentist unless you like terrible, unprofessional, and unethical practices. They were so eager to get us to come in the office but have no interest in retention it seems. The staff were rude and they charged us even though the insurance company covered at 100%. Cone to find out that they specifically did not submit certain charges to the insurance company to now justify charging us initially.
