Robin was amazing at first. She made me and my wife feel so secure about our wedding and decorations looking and going smoothly. Over the course of the planning she constantly forgot details and rarely even wrote or typed anything down. It was tough to get in contact with her and set up meetings. Two DAYS before the wedding she lets us know that she can’t be there the day of because she needs to go to a rodeo. She actually told us she would be there but later than originally agreed on. We used Robin Stout based on recommendation from the funeral home. We requested certain flowers and colors and did not get what we specified for the casket piece. The plants that were ordered from the funeral home website were scrawny and pathetic and the people who ordered them were embarrassed at the quality as they paid $60 each for them. I contacted RS&C and left no less than 2 messages for her to call. She never returned my call. I tried a 3rd time and reached Robin. Robin and her team were so incredible during every step of planning our wedding! They helped us make appointments, suggested incredible vendors, and made all of our decisions so easy. Everyone was so surprised how neither me or my husband felt any stress leading up to our wedding, and we have Robin to thank for that! So many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I cannot recommend Robin and her team enough!!
