I arrived exactly 10 mins late and they wouldn’t see me. 0 patients waiting, 0 cars in the parking lot, I guess that’s for a reason. Awful treatment from the personnel, they took a long time to tell me the dr wasn’t going to see me and then said I was 15 mins late and was marked as a no show already 🤦♀️
Great doctor and service.
Dr. Simon had an accurate prognosis from the start, did a great job of explaining and teaching me about the issue, was conservative in the approach, and is an overall pleasure to deal with. I'm very grateful to have found her and had her as my doctor.
Simmion-Mark is a insurance company hack who denies need treatment to save workers compensation money. Doctors who sell themselves to the dollar and not the patient should have medical license revoked.
