Robin was very communicative and upfront with us throughout the sale process. Her team went above and beyond with our buyer who had an out of town realtor. She took the time to make sure the buyer had access to the house when requested. I believe this helped create a smooth process on both the buyer and sellers side. Robin was excellent from the start she was on top of everything. She kept me informed all along and I felt like she was right along side of me through the whole process. My process was extremely fast. About 2 weeks from listing to close. It was an amazing ride and without Robin it would have been impossible.
We have used Robin on several successful sales in the past and most recently recommended her to one of our friends to help her sell her house. The house had been on the market for several months before Robin took over the marketing responsibilities, and within a 3 week period, she was able to find a buyer and get the sale closed.
