After reading these reviews I can only assume two things. Either I was very unlucky or I just happen to get the bad transaction coordinator in the purchase of my new home. They were non responsive, waited until the last minute for everything, and most times her answers to our questions were incorrect or so vague that they didn’t even answer the question .
