Friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. They knew what I needed to rent, offered to move it between locations, responded immediately when called to move or pick up equipment, and the equipment itself functioned flawlessly. Exactly what I needed, with only a few day's advanced notice, too.
Rented equipment from them and was very pleased. Staff is friendly and efficient, had me in and out quickly. Will rent from them again if the need arises.
I've rented a number of items over the years with no issue. I just returned a dingo with Harley rake from a weekend project and it performed great. I put in a reserve request online late one evening and early the next morning got a call to confirm. The nice lady walked me through a few equipment options to determine the best fit for my project. Got it reserved, and am very satisfied again.
