Extremely unprofessional experience!!! After showing us a property, we were told to submit rental applications and pay $160 in application fees. Once the fees were paid, communication completely stopped. Every attempt to follow up was met with excuses, delayed responses, or no response at all. There was no transparency or accountability throughout the process. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend working with them.
