Robin was very kind and attentive. My son was cranky from the ride, but she immediately put me at ease by taking him during the exam and even feeding him to help calm him down. She listened carefully to all concerns and created an action plan right away. The nurses and reception staff were also wonderful.
Very nice staff and doctor. A very nice atmosphere for children. I would recommend them to anyone with children.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Dr. Robin Warner, particularly as a parent of a child of color with special needs. Many reviews describe her as patient and kid-friendly, but that was not our experience at all. My son is autistic and has severe ADHD, yet Dr. Warner showed little patience, warmth, or genuine interest in him. Appointments often felt rushed and dismissive, and there was no effort made to connect with or accommodate him as a child with developmental and behavioral challenges. I enjoy Dr. Warner. She listens to my child, she listens to my concerns, she ask questions, and we always make a decision that benefits my child’s health.
