I was scheduled for the 3rd or 4th appointment of the day. . Had my vitals taken and was put in an exam room and told the Dr would be right in. Waiting, waiting and waiting. Didn’t have my phone or watch so finally I left the waiting room and saw the technician that took my vitals and had put me in the exam room. I asked her for the time ( I was in the exam room for 70 minutes ) and she asked me for my name. I asked if she forgot about me and she looked like a deer in the headlights. Everyone is always very kind and helpful, making appointments is easy.
Great staff beginning at check-in. I feel comfortable asking questions, even the dumb ones. Nurses are very busy and keep their cool, even for dumb questions.
Denise, the physicians assistant, was very knowledgeable at my recent visit. She answered all my questions and clarified any issues I had. She works with Dr. Jacobs, who has been extremely helpful and efficient and taking care of me after I had my stomach removed due to cancer.Amanda is also an excellent PA.
