I have been going to Dr Kindred for 10 years, but switched to another OBGYN after I moved further from her offices. The other doctor had scheduled me for surgery after not being able to remove my IUD, but I wanted a second opinion from Dr. Kindred who had inserted all 3 of my IUDs with no trouble. She was able to easily remove my Mirena. I appreciate her honesty and have always felt comfortable with her. I’ll be making the drive to see her!
Dr. Kindred is very personable and caring. Overall, great doctor. However, since the move to the new office, I have been treated poorly as a patient. The team has failed to follow up with me on two separate occasions. I have called at least 10 times and left VMs and no one ever answers the phone or return my phone calls. It’s been three weeks since my last visit. I’ve taken time off from work twice just to go to the office to speak to someone. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported during my pregnancy nor my delivery. I feel as though doctors should show empathy and also work with you when it comes to your birth plan but every visit I was reminded of what she would like for me to do. During my labor I was advised that I must undergo a c-section which I previously advised her that I was terrified to undergo.. during this trying time she acted as though she could care less.
