Dr Karasek and her staff are super nice, helpful and so kind. It’s nice finding a doctor who listens and cares. It’s even better when their staff is just as great. Good doctors are not easy to come by, I feel lucky to have found this place.
When I first went to Dr. Karasek she seemed to be on point addressed all my concerns as a new patient but over time as I continued to go to her she seemed almost uninterested in my problems or even hearing them which made me feel awkward to even tell her about them. This doctor does below the bare minimum, we had a wonderful doctor Dr. Bertha Lawani for years at Riverside, then she left. Robin barely remembers my mom or me although we are both patients and have been several times, she does not dive too deep into anything. Its hard to get follow ups and responses back from her (currently waiting a response on why my mothers prescription was denied, called last week a nurse sent a message to her that has not been responded to and its past the date of my mom needing her pills.) Dr Karasek is very personable and conversational. I feel that her bedside manner provides her with better understanding of her patient’s true concerns. Dr Karasek and her staff work with an urgency to coordinate care. The professional relationships that she has cultivated is a great measure of her medical knowledge and professional integrity.
