Our family of 6 attended your restaurant on Sunday 7.6.26. Ordered our meals at 6pm. 2 meals arrived cold, then 2 more 40 minutes later and then at 8.30 the 2 chicken dishes which we had to get in takeaway containers as we had somewhere we needed to be. It wasn’t so much that our meals were very ordinary but the fact that your 2 young girls on the front counter were having to deal with all of the complaints from many unhappy customers which must have been upsetting for them. Went here for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was very busy and the place was understaffed. It took over an hour to get our meals and when it did come out, the pizza was entirely the wrong one, my meal had chips and mashed potato rather than mash and veg, my steak was cold and overcooked, my sister's meal was also cold as were the veges on my father's meal. Great food, great kids area.
My family and I had dinner there last month, and the food was terrible. We will never come back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
