the park is clean.. i bought a handy man specail for $300.00.... it was a great deal and the ladys in the office are amazing
it's very quiet here nice neighbors no one bothers you or your property, just to many stray cats and the front entrance needs to be fixed. but the ladies in the office are great always helpful

We love it here! Everyone out here seems to respect each other's privacy and are very kind and nice! Plus the lady's in the office are so amazing, always there to help when you need something or have a question! Only issed so far I have/having problems with are ALL THE CATS! They are ripping my siding apart and distroying all of my brand new insulation put under durning winter....
Love living here! Quiet park, no drama, cops, yelling. Nothing you would expect from a "trailer park" its a very nice neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. Lots of kids on bikes, playing during the summer. Only issue I have is the cats, I hate cats and they are everywhere in this park. They need to be taken care of. Certain areas smell like cat piss. Other than that I love it here. Lot rent is reasonable ($344)
I just wish you could have a fenced in yard. They said we can’t because people might not upkeep the fence. It might make the appearance bad, but there are quite a few homes out here that don’t look the best, even some of the new homes have damage to them now, so why not allow fences? Plus chain link fences don’t require much maintenance. I also wish we could have deck pools. If I’m going to buy a home and live the rest of my life somewhere, I’d like my creature comforts!
