Dr Rose herself is terrific, she has a great bedside manner. I will not be returning to her as a patient however due to Catherine in the office. She treated me very rudely, talked over each question I wanted to ask and clearly believes that health care is not for the patient. It is unfortunate that one office person can set the tone for a patients entire experience, Catherine set a terrible tone for me.
My complaint is with the front desk. It is an invasion of my privacy to discuss my medical condition and/or symptoms with non-medical personnel. I just wanted an appointment. The second time I called was for a prescription. The details and what it is for is not in their purview. I was told that I have to tell them; they were the triage for Gastroenterology. I didn't know we were on a battlefield. I was dismissed to the black hole of 'holding on', never got the prescription.
