I went to the dealership for my 2017 medium roof cargo van on 8/10/26. Robert Norbeck handled my services. I paid a $2111 bill. When I got home I realized that the Repair Invoice Mileage listed 93,471 miles. The Inspection Sheet Odometer indicated 109,830 miles. I drove back to the dealership the same day, and had it corrected. I also noticed the following : For rear pads + 2 rotors + brake-fluid work the charge was $899.57. Took my Excape there for inspection and oil change. Had the pleasure of meeting Bob Norbeck who took the time to explain everything and kept me up with the progress of the van. Cannot say enough about the service but will definitely be taking my van back when needed.
The best experience. Had the car ready before I arrived to test drive. Set up financing easily, when decision was made came back after they had put my paperwork together and was out within a half hour. You don’t have to spend all day at the dealership when working with Robin Ford
