Shout out to Robin Ford but more so to my salesman Eric Lane!!! I was a little hesitant to purchase a new vehicle for fear of the whole hi pressure tactics from the salesman. Great staff! The Manager Ryan was a big help in finding me the correct vehicle (with the features and add ons) I was looking for at the price point I needed to be at. Walked out of there with a very nice new truck and very happy with the overall value and experience.

Robin Ford is a model of excellent customer relationships. I never felt like they were just trying to sell me a car but doing everything possible to make me satisfied. The test drive was the longest test drive I was ever on and the salesman covered every single question I had. The dealership even called back a few days later to see how things are going. That was a first.
