I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for Ford dealerships. I've been a loyal Ford customer for 16 years and am currently on my seventh vehicle. I was hoping Robin Ford would earn my business for number eight. To start with the positive, Jaylen was friendly, knowledgeable, and got me into a Mustang I was excited about. Robin Ford was great to deal with especially Kayla who sold me my F150, I would gladly return in the future as the entire transaction was seamless and easy. The general manager, finance, even the service department took care of everything, and I was able to go home within a couple hours with a brand new vehicle.
I’ve been driving since 1972, and at 72 years old, I can honestly say I have never experienced a service department quite like Robin Ford. Every single time I bring my 2023 drop-top Mustang in for service, the entire staff is professional, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They always do a marvelous job on my car, and the experience is so pleasant that I actually told my wife I can’t wait until my Mustang needs servicing again just so I can go back!
