I purchased a 2017 grand Jeep Cherokee. Some real thing went bad in the car. They had hold of my vehicle for almost 4 months! Because they gave a Ford warranty on a non-Ford car. They weren’t sure how to proceed with the warranty.. consider considering this is something that is common practice with this company they should be well-versed in how it works.
