My mother who is elderly came here to get a medical exam and ecg for clearance for an urgent eye surgery to save her sight in one eye. Robin Connor thought my mom did not have her and Kuban listed with insurance as the PCP, but she didn’t ask either and said to my mom, “I’m NOT even going to get paid for this!” What medical professional says that to a patient?!?! Needs more training, is the best thing I can say. Maybe okay if you have a cold or flu, but otherwise, not good. The nicest thing I can say about this encounter is nothing.
