My wife went to the Huntsville Hospital ER a few years ago and Dr. Cardwell was the attending physician. She had been getting multiple positive pregnancy tests—both digital and standard—after a missed period, but then began bleeding. At the ER, their urine test came back negative. When my wife asked how she could have had several positive tests at home, Dr. Cardwell very rudely replied, “I don’t know, but our test is negative so you’re not pregnant.
