Very Proficient! Robin was quick to follow up on all showings and communicate that information to us. She knew our house and what we expected to get for it and always kept us as a priority. Even though she was about 30-40 minutes away, she was always willing to assist in any efforts with the house to keep us from having to drive for two and a half hours. She became a friend. If we ever have any real estate business again in North Carolina, Robin would be the one we call!!
Robin is very knowledgeable about the Asheville market as well as real estate overall. She has helped us through both buying and selling several properties. Her creative and resourceful approach in representing our needs has served us well. We trust her instincts and her integrity.
It was a loooong process for us to find the property that worked best for us. We got close a couple of times and then didn't feel 100% comfortable with what we were seeing. Robin stuck with us. We would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone with patience, knowledge and understanding.
