Pretty sure they are out of business, instantly received spam after trying to get quote online. Their phone number continues to play ads and never goes to the company... do not recommend trying to contact them.
I will start by saying that I am very enthusiastic about this concept, but I have had a terrible experience with the customer service at Robin. I have tried repeatedly to contact them via email and phone, but attempts go unanswered. I assume they are having some company issues? Robin Autopilot sent out spam emails to all of its previous customers, from now-defunct Robin Lawn Care, soliciting money. Look at Robin Lawn Care's reviews on Yelp. The Robin Autopilot service will be no different: it will be poorly run, you will be lied to, and customer service will be non-existent. This company is a get rich quick scheme for its founder Justin Crandall.
Within the first 5 minutes their contractor shattered my glass french doors. It tooks months to get them to take responsibility to fix them,
