Grateful to Edgar and Fernando for diagnosing and fixing my central AC! I YouTube'd and did all the possible solutions to my problem but needed the help of experienced techs. Robin Aire was able to squeeze me in on their busy schedule, thank you Michelle, and now I have a working AC!
Robin and his team are serious professionals. Not only do they deliver clean high quality work. If anything goes wrong (even if not caused by them) they come back and make things right.
All I did was call to get information regarding service contract. Person who answered my call was not knowledgeable and kept contradicting herself. I felt like a hamster on a wheel . . . going round and round. This is not saying company is not good. . . maybe they just need better phone coverage. Way too frustrating just getting information. Either way, they lost potential customer.
This is the one of the best companies around Westchester County. The stuff is so professional and they are friendly and respectful! If you have any issue with your HVAC you should call Robin Aire. They are experts.
