I just got my nails done a few minutes ago and although she did a very good job, the nails do look beautiful, something happened that made me decide I will not be a return customer at this salon. The sign for the prices for the nail services states $60 and up for pink and white. So because I wanted to make sure I knew what the final price was I specifically asked her while she was doing my nails what the cost was going to be. She very clearly told me $60. Visiting from Ohio and lucked in to going to Robies. Kathy did a great job on my pedicure, probably best I ever had, plus very personable.
I recommend this place 100%. I have already been there twice. Once to get my nails done and another time to remove them since my new job asked me to. The service is excellent. They are both very kind and pleasant. They pay a lot of attention to detail and take good care of the nail. I will definitely continue visiting them. Thank you for your excellent service!
Terrible! Got a pedicure that lasted all of 20 minutes for $35. Didn’t put anything in the water. No exfoliation no option for deluxe. Terrible. I went years ago and couldn’t recall why I never went back. Today I was reminded. The girl had an attitude when I didn’t tip her. She literally did nothing!
