Tiffany has been nothing short of incredible! My wife’s wedding band and engagement ring were in rough shape. I brought them in one day on the sly while my wife was napping. Tiffany found the closest possible match and ordered them for me on the spot. She gave me a spot on estimate of when they would arrive, and called me to let me know as soon as they did. Nicest people ever
Best experience with a jewelry store in this area. Went into the Spring store to repair the prong on my mother’s ring and to get them to look at a discolored pair of white gold earrings. Shannon fixed my mother’s ring and my earrings on the spot. She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and talented. Go see them!! AMAZING!!!
I purchased my husband’s wedding band here in 2019, and he has not taken it off since. I moved away but always remember how wonderful this store and their service was. I will always recommend them to my friends still in Texas and I’d love to be a customer again should I make another jewelry purchase.
