I was new to the region when I first went to RobFit. I found the most inclusive and encouraging community I have been part of. Everyone is supportive and welcoming - it feels like home. The kinesiology team is a fundamental part of my training routine, preparing me for multiple events every year, motivating me to perform at my best and providing personal feedback to help me get there. The easy part of fitness is getting fit; the hard part is hanging on to it. The RobFit community makes the hard part easy.
I have been training at RobFit, with their experienced team of kinesiologists and athletic trainers, for over 10 years. They have helped me recover from major injuries, achieve personal bests in races, to increase my strength and stability, at the same time as being a solid support mentally. They totally get that it takes a team approach to help you be your best self. I cannot recommend RobFit too highly, they are just that amazing.
You can't run strong if you are not strong. The team at Robfit are skilled at diagnosing functional strength for the sport you love. Core and stability sessions got me back running, thanks Rob!!

RobFit has provided me with an incredible training environment that has been of great influence during my athletic career.
