**** the sales person was awful. why are you asking me about my race during a test drive then pushing me to do a credit check when i repeatedly said no. told me my trade in was amazing then i got so low balled. they brought in another **** "the manager" and we settled on a deal after going back and forth and we shook on it. moments later i get another manager with a whole new deal not the one we agreed on. told me that was it or leave and that he is a "good guy" he got nasty when i told him it wasnt a good deal and came back... read more
Trust Honda is a very sneaky place. They ruin your engine and lie about it they do unauthorized work and then put used parts on my car and that isnt funny then they cant find my parts when asked. Just because I had a recall part fixed they must feel that I needed to pay for something because the recall was free of charge. So they did things to my car to try and charge for things they broke to earn their commissions. Dont go here they are not part of Honda corp !
Trust Honda in Lanacaster! Did the quality change with the name? My husband had an oil change and 3 days later his car wouldn't start. AAA said the battery was carotid. The bracket holding the battery broke. Normally Rpbertson staff would make recommendations or call us to yell us if they found any issues. These people did not. Thank God my husband was at work when this happened.
Where do I start, This Honda Dealer use be really good at there service, Now they are called Trust Honda, How can you trust a Honda dealer that can fix there issues, when there system is down to make and appointment, 80% of the time they don't pick up there phones and when you leave a message they don't call you back you have keep trying til you get to somebody, Plus when you take it to service your going double have check there work because there supervisor does not check the mechanics work, The protector of the oil pan cam... read more
