Had insurance send them out via Demarco builders. They were hacking at the windows like they were made of stone and broke bead work on french door hacked the big window frame and said nothing. Hacked the sash window and just puttied a dog leg in frame. Nice work David. Your boss Mark must be proud.
Recalled twice on our shower screens fitment still one problem persisted sp i fixed myself (poor silicone work) behind the glass mounting bracket to the wall .
I submitted a request via your website for a piece of glass and have been following up for nearly two weeks. I was advised several times that I would receive a call back, but unfortunately, this has not happened. I completely understand if the job is not suitable or cannot be taken on, but it would be far more helpful to be told “no” directly rather than waiting without an update. Clear communication makes the process smoother for both customer and business.
