Don't trust the business. Gives you the word of his work, and then does not follow through.Was told 3 trees would be cut for $3200, and then was really charged $3200 for cutting 1 small tree. When trying to discuss in an adult manner he was not professional. Tells customers to not bother to read the contract because of his years in the business and trustworthiness. The contract was read and misleading. Mr. Robertson was okay not making the issue right. He is clearly out for money, not his customers.
Very bad communication. Mr. Robertson is quick to say "i have 45 years of experience and won't rip you off" except will turn around and do half the work and call everyone else a liar. Even when the issue was discussed he literally laughed at our concerns and continuously cut us off to talk over us. I highly recommend looking into other places.
Hired the Robertson after I was the victim of a lightning strike on 4 trees in my backyard. From the first visit for the estimate to the final completion of the job these people were professional and informative to what needed to be done. I watched the entire evolution of cutting and removing the debris. They were extremely well versed in completing the job both safely and professionally through out the task at hand. from start to finish these folks were A-1. They kept up with the cleaning as they went and were super professional and courteous. My neighbor saw them working and has hired them for a project. GREAT!!! ps they sent me a card thanking me for the business. CLASS!!
Robertson tree service is a+. Very safe, reliable, and caring. Wouldn't use anyone else, left my yard very clean and neat.
these people.......what can I say that isn't good???? they were prompt,courteous, very knowledgeable,had all the right tools and safety gear,had LARGE crane to do the job w/o causing any damage to my property or to my neighbors.They cleaned up after taking down 2 trees,one of which was HUGE and leaning toward my neighbors garage and storage buildings.2 trees,3 trucks,4 people and 3 hrs. EXCELLENT.
