I usually like getting my parts and equipment from ferguson, the boise locations are great but the customer service in the mccall location is lacking. I don't remember his name but the older man with the dark beard and glasses at the counter always has an attitude, and acts like I'm an inconvenience. Sighs when I tell him the next part i need. Went to Ferguson to get plumbing parts and was told they do not accept cash which turned out to be a blessing because they were going to charge me 330 dollars for the parts. I ended up going to a building supply store and was charged 123 dollars for the exact same materials. Looks like major gouging going on at Ferguson mcall Idaho. Maybe an investigation is warranted. But I will never go to that Ferguson again. I do know that the Ferguson in Lewiston Idaho would probably charge the same as building supply or cheaper. No gou... read more
