This place is amazing, a great atmosphere and skill building to turn my life around. I am so grateful for what they did for me. Compassionate & understanding, this group helped refine the skills I had previously learned and taught me how to apply those skills in the real world.
Their scheduling system is very poor. Their automated recording that calls 2 days before the appointment provides the incorrect time of the appointment, and calling to confirm with a person also gives an incorrect time. Trusting the automated line and the person who also verbally confirmed led to my driving 21 miles to the clinic only to discover I'd missed the appointment. Will never return.
