I saw her as my usual provider was out. Ms. Robertson was professional and I felt comfortable with her care. She answered all my questions and provided me with the reassurance I was seeking.
I made the appointment and was clear I had some suspicious spots and needed an evaluation. When I got there I was told you can keep your clothes on or have a gown, I thought - I have never had a derm evaluation with clothes on and opted for the gown. When she came in with her nurse - I was able to show her my spot of concern and a few other spots - but she seemed rushed - she never used a dermatoscope - so I hope she made the right decision to burn it because she said it was precancer.
