After two weeks of no issues with the vented ceiling, I feel confident to share that they discovered the problem was a poorly sealed joint and efficiently resealed it. They completed the repairs in about an hour and so far everything remains intact.
After coordinating with building management and scheduling a visit, the technician arrived on time for preventive maintenance and completed the inspection and cleaning of my A/C system within an hour. He was thorough in explaining that regular upkeep would prevent potential issues down the road.
Thermostat working again, thanks to them.
Efficient install; system runs smoothly.
Efficient maintenance, now cooling perfectly.
