Robertson House provides a warm and caring environment for its residents. The building itself is bright and inviting - esp the lounge which is the gathering place for events that take place daily. The staff are passionate about what they do and the nursing staff is excellent. Robertson House was a perfect place for my husband to convalesce after a long hospital stay.
Catherine and her team at Robertson House are truly amazing. They consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming experience for everyone in the community. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about how they’ve treated us—just top-notch care and service all around. 10/10 — Highly recommend!
Wonderful caring staff - from the front desk to administrators it has been a pleasure. I have seen an increase in my uncles health and happiness.
I previously shared my concerns regarding their Executive Director (ED), but my review seems to have been removed. Instead of addressing feedback, it appears reviews are being taken down. To anyone considering this facility, I suggest meeting their ED firsthand—you’ll understand my concerns. I’m now seriously considering relocating my father.
