I cannot say enough wonderful things about Robertson House and the care my dad has received here. The staff have been absolutely wonderful with him. They are kind, patient, caring, and always willing to help. It is clear that they genuinely care about the residents and take the time to get to know them. I was tasked with finding a home for my sister after a recent stroke. Solva was recommended by the social worker at Queensway Carleton Hospital. Juanita She remarkable with her dedication and expertise, and helped narrow down the selections to ones that could accommodate my sister’s needs, both now and going forward. Robertson House has been a good fit, and I am grateful for her safety, care, and Juanita’s assistance!

My mom has been in Roberson House for almost two years now, this September. Our experience has been excellent. Here are two short stories showing the kindness, caring, and great organization/team environment that makes us/my mom feel at home. A couple of months ago, there was a power outage. I could not call my mom, a native Mandarin Chinese speaker who could not speak English well. I went to check it out and witnessed firsthand how the staff and management dealt with the situation. This facility is excellent. It is bright, cheerful and welcoming and all of the staff make it a pleasure to be there. They are friendly, helpful and clearly motivated to make the community everything it can be for residents and their families. I cannot recommend Robertson House highly enough. I am extremely glad we found this community to move my father into and he is thrilled to be moving there.
