Awful customer service hung up on twice. Doesn’t even know answers to questions wouldn’t recommend letting him in your house! Rude and can tell he don’t care.

On time appointment.. there are no signs that says where to go specifically so I deducted a star and don't seem to be a 24 hr facility but it's very spacious here and possibly overnight parking. There is a no guard shack. Park anywhere, walk in to main office and they'll instruct you. About 1.5 hr unload time. I was the only semi truck here. 8am appointment
