When I called, the person who answered was very blunt and uninviting. Wouldn't want to do business with people who don't even value a phone call...
We met the owners recently in Europe on a trip. They were very knowledgeable and gave insights to us on antique items we saw in Italy. Very nice folks with a long-term family business. If we are ever in Springfield we are going to stop by and check out the shop.
