I’ve been getting Robertson’s Fuel since we purchased in 2022. I called Monday morning when they opened and ordered service, like I usually do. If they can’t come out same day, they’re out the next day. It is now Tuesday night and we’re almost empty - nobody ever came out. I called, they said we’re not “contracted customers” and the best they could do is send someone tomorrow. I said we would be running out TONIGHT. She said sorry, she couldn’t help me.
