We had to see a doctor after my son had a little accident at the house, He hurt his head badly having quite a deep Cut. From the moment we entered the waiting room up to our final check-Out is was a pleasure - the whole staff was perfectly friendly and seemed skilled and well educated. The doctor had to close my son's Cut with a Couple of stitches, not an Easy thing if you are operating on a 3 Year Old Boy. He managed it perfectly. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff. Professional in every way.. They are so warm and make the whole experience that much better. Impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.
