Predatory business practice. Do not let your college kids sign up for this service. The website does not allow you to cancel and they say you have to come in person. I told the woman on the phone that all of my kids were out of state and they couldn't come to cancel in person. She said that is the policy. I said that they stopped using it on Aug 2nd, but they charged me again on Aug 15th. I asked for the manager's email to email my cancellation. This was ignored.
