Robertson Builders did a fantastic job building our new custom home. We had a very tight schedule to have all construction completed, finaled and occupied. They promised they could complete the job on time and they did. As the architect and the owner of this project I had high expectations for quality workmanship, excellent job supervision (which we had with Ryan Leadbetter), quality subcontractors that showed up on time and attention to the details. Strongly recommend them. I was impressed that all of their sub-contractors were highly skilled and quality oriented. My expectations for quality work was high and they exceeded them. Workers were there every day, there was no downtime waiting for the next tradesman to show up. Remodels are expensive and I will live in the house for years so I wanted the best for my money, and I feel that I got it with Robertson Builders!

From the first time I met Chad Robertson we knew there was something different about this contractor. Chad sat us down and reviewed his entire plan for the project including estimated costs for each part of the project and the extensive amount of information we would have access to each week, including scheduled work, materials used and receipts, permits, etc. It was the first time we felt in control of the process, and the work that was to be done. Robertson Builders gave us a complete remodel of our Avila Valley home. Every surface was updated or rebuilt. It was a long process, because of the scope of work and because we started during the pandemic and experienced production delays (not Robertson's fault). In fact, they foresaw some pandemic-related issues and advised us accordingly so that we could make decisions quickly and not stall progress. Robertson Builders and their project managers are top notch. Robertson and his staff were positive, responsive, fair, and managed a great team of subcontractors and designers. They were great to work with every-step of the way in our major project.
