I have dealt with Bob for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied.He goes out of his way to educate you as well as share his knowledge of his jewelry products.I find this to be the only place to shop for reliable service and jewelry and intend on coming back very soon,as the holidays are approaching very quickly !!
Horrible service I went to Robertson and Bach to have my platinum engagement ring resized a second time because the first time they made it too big. When I returned, I was stunned to have a staff member inform me that he didn't want to resize my ring because he thought it fit just fine the way it was - and also because that was the way his ring fit.
