For the past three years before I moved the current management has refused to fix or replace stuff in a timely manner; a few years ago management made you start using an online app for maintenance requests, which is not a problem; if they would fix the stuff they say they're gonna fix or replace. Leasing office employee and maintenance employees like to help themselves into people's apartments and steal items and even your pets!!! BEWARE!!!
“Pets are welcome” false statement from my understanding instead the owner and maintenance like to go into peoples apartment building take things that don’t belong to them example people’s pets and leave them places just for the owner of the pets to have to search and worry about their pets safety. Seems to be an absolute circus and unprofessional leadership at this facility choose wisely!!
My dogs love the grassy areas to play.
