This firm is opposing counsel in my case. So far they have commuted fraud and aided my ex in parental kidnapping. They seem to be encouraging my ex’s father to tamper with witnesses as well. RecommendedPrices werent great but Amanda Roberts sure was. She handled my case and court appearances while I was training to deploy to and while in Afghanistan. If I could afford her, I would 1000% retain.
They have been doing a terrible job so far at handling our case. I would not recommend working with them unless you like being ignored. Today we found out they filed our documents to the court too late. Now we have to wait 3 more months until the next date for doing so. This is how they treat customers at Stoffel Family Law. Amanda Roberts Esq. without a doubt is the reason I can continue to support my children with having to change their lifestyles. Her intelligence, ability to articulate things accurately, and extreme attention to detail ensured that a fair decision was made on my day in court. I have used Amanda on two different family court matters and hoping that there never is a third - I know whom I would turn to if needed, and it would be Amanda.
They are absolutely terrible at responding to you in a timely manner. My last email has been ignored for a month now. Maybe it's because I have money left over and they are avoiding refunding the remainder to me. What a shame.
