If I could rate negative stars I would ! . I Called this guy for an emergency for my job and he VERY VERY rudely mocked me , ridiculed and basically penalized me because I didn't have an account with him , his specific words words , No I'm not helping you ( knowing my renters -27 different families- rooms were already backing up and flooding into their rooms ) and said call the people you have an account with and that maybe next time I'll learn and get a reliable plumber , all while humouring himself and laughing at my situa... read more
I called a competitor yesterday to pump my mom's septic since she had used them before, and they were scheduling for the following week. I was shocked and called Roberts. My in-laws had been using them for decades, and they were there the following 7AM. They are amazing and prompt. When you are dealing with something so "crappy" but encounter the right place, you have to cheer! Thanks so much to Roberts for their speedy and friendly service. Would recommend!
