Everything was great until it actually came time to do the work. I paid the deposit, the materials were delivered, and they proceeded to blow me off twice after putting off the job for a good month in order to try and get more money out of my insurance company. When I called them out on it, the owner became a raging jerk, quit the job entirely, and then demanded back the materials that I had already 98% paid for. I called Roberts Restoration and requested a quote on a leaking flat roof. Robert was able to go out within a day or two and provided a quote within in a day or two. I requested that the roof be covered at the location of the leak and that was done asap. The roof was scheduled within 5 days and completed in one day.
