Zero stars. The amenities are constantly broken, gossipy seasonal staff, management ignores complaints, written notices about non compliance are random and based on interpretation, no follow up on complaints, NO WATER is a common thing and the repressurring damage to our plumbing. Retirement should be easier than a greedy resort bullying the residents. If you are a snowbird, they will cater to you, until April, and ignore the full time residents. Pueblo el mirage, aka PEM is falling apart at the seams. From the golf courses to the resort amenities it is showing its wear, tear and lack of maintenance. Really very sad has great bones just no reinvestment in the property. If something breaks good luck getting it fixed in any timely fashion. The property is literally doing on the vine. I hope they take notice and start the process of turning things around.
Great place for retirees
My husband and I were very impressed with the service Sonny and Ryan (at the sales office) gave us. They showed us a number of homes to choose from, answered all of our questions and explained everything to us - from lot rent to grounds maintenance to amenities. They left nothing out. It was by far the most enjoyable house hunting experiences we have had in a long time. Thank you!
