Wow! After visiting several NW Jewelry Stores about repairs, sizing and custom work, we could not be happier that we found Robert’s. David is very pleasant, helpful and trustworthy! Roberts is very affordable and they run an excellent business all said. They even provide fair pricing on jewelry (that you don’t use) should you wish to sell. Now that we have the perfect opportunity, we are selling some jewelry to them that we never use to buy something else from them that we will use. Highly recommended!!

The most knowledgeable person about jewelry in Calgary. I get jewelry repairs when I need to. He has the best goldsmith and silversmith. They do excellent work!! I trust him with my most expensive pieces!! Also Roberts is the best place to get jewelry appraisals. Usually all work is done in a reasonably quick time frame. Definitely the place to go for repairs, took a couple chains in, one for a clasp, one for soldering. They came back 2 days later better than they went in. I will definitely be back
